Under standard sunlight intensity, it typically takes about 7 hours for a full charge. Please note that the solar panels continue to charge the battery even when the barrier is not in operation.
How many operations can the barrier perform on a full charge?
A fully charged system can support 3,000 to 5,000 opening and closing cycles. The exact number depends on the length and weight of the boom arm.
Note: In extreme cases, such as a continuous week without sunlight (as reported by users in overcast regions), the battery may deplete. For such situations, we offer an emergency external charger for USD 30.
What is the maximum arm length supported?
The HKB02 Solar Barrier system perfectly supports your requirement for 3–4 meters. We can provide:
Fixed Arms: Up to 6 meters.
Telescopic Arms: Adjustable from 3.2 meters to 6 meters for maximum flexibility.
Do you provide on-site installation services?
We are based in Shenzhen, China. While we can dispatch two staff members for international installation (e.g., to Singapore), the starting service fee is USD 3,000 plus travel expenses. Most of our customers find the system easy to install locally using our detailed installation manual and remote technical support.
What certifications and documentation come with the product?
Upon completion of payment, we provide a full documentation package, including:

What is the warranty policy?
Standard Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase.
Extended Warranty: You can extend the warranty for an additional year by paying a fee equal to 20% of the product price.
